Caregiver Counseling/Coaching

You have been through it, and more. You have witnessed, loved, received, and given, all of it. You may still be on your caregiving journey. It helps to have someone to talk to, say the things you truly long to say and process so much of what you have been holding inside. My Caregiving Support is designed for those who have been through the caregiving journey and long to process their grief and emotions. so that you can move through your grief and find a renewed sense of hope.  There are ways in which you can take care of yourself while being there for the ones you love. I have been there. It was a privilege for me. But, no one could possibly understand what was going on unless they had experienced it themselves.

I offer my caregiving clients a hybrid of grief counseling and coaching.

Mid Life Coaching

At some point during our lives, we all experience moments where our past experiences, current situations, and self-worth are tested, leading us to question where we currently stand in life and how we can move forward in a way that aligns with our authentic selves. Thinking about what comes next can be overwhelming and unclear. I help my clients to move beyond the “shoulds”, the “could haves” and past regrets, to embrace new opportunities and explore new paths. Freeing them from feeling ungrounded and opening themselves up to new possibilities.

Why See a Coach?
Clarity & Focus

For me, one of the most rewarding aspects of coaching is watching people grow and get excited about executing their plans. TRULY.  It’s NOT about changing who they are, but rather helping people live out their lives in a more authentic way.  Working with a coach can be a powerful experience: one of growth, trust and transformation. A coach functions as a partner,  I will cheerlead you on and support you, but you will decide on what kind of vision you want for your life.

Coaches work with people who are ready to do the work to reach their full potential, solve a problem, tune up their self-esteem or find their purpose. They may be going through a transition in their life, or feel stuck and don’t know where to begin. Coaches can bring out the real answers you already have inside of you. A coach supports you in exploring new ways to view challenging situations while gently keeping you accountable. I consider it a privilege and have much gratitude for doing this work.

If you are ready to begin and step back into your life, I am here for you (cheering you along!) to get going.
