Grief Counselor | Caregiver Support
My clients are the reason.
Your circumstances do NOT define you.
Your story is not over.
As I’ve grown through both my professional and personal life experiences, the range of tools I bring to my work grown as well. I offer you not only my training, but also my compassion and my full presence.
When we work together, you can take your grief at your own pace and know that it’s okay to feel exactly what you feel.
In our time together, I will hold space where you can exhale, speak freely, and gently set down what you’ve been carrying.
Caring for others does not mean abandoning yourself. When you make room for your own healing and growth, it quietly reshapes how you move through your life and relationships.
Life rarely slows down or presents the “perfect” moment to begin. Sometimes the shift starts simply by deciding you’re ready to give yourself the same care you so freely give to others.

My BackStory
To dive right in, everything in my world was turned upside down when I experienced a devastating loss. It is mind-blowing how our worlds can so easily be altered in a moment, and how precarious life itself is. My daily routines, my outlook on life and my priorities completely shifted.
As I searched for steadiness in the midst of my own grief, through books, podcasts, and courses—I began to see just how many people were quietly carrying similar questions and heartache. So many were looking for a place to speak honestly about their new reality. A place outside of family and friends. A place where they didn’t have to protect anyone else from their pain.
For this reason, I felt inspired and compelled to become certified and trained as a Grief Counselor, to support, walk alongside, and hold space for others who need to process their feelings of grief and loss in a way that makes them feel seen and heard. I am grateful for my certification from Taking Flight International. In addition, I am certified by the Canadian Council of Professional Certifications (CCPC Global)
Before this chapter of my life, I earned a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Classical Studies from the University of Western Ontario and began my career as a television producer in New York City. Eventually, I returned home to Montreal to continue working in television. My most meaningful production, however, became my family. Later, I followed another calling and stepped into entrepreneurship.
Supporting others has always felt natural to me, which led me to become a Certified Life Coach as well. That work, too, has been deeply fulfilling.
With every season of my life—through education, career, motherhood, and loss—my perspective has deepened. Growth is rarely linear. It is shaped by the unexpected turns we never would have chosen, yet somehow learn to navigate.
If you are grieving, please know this: nothing about your experience is “too much." Your love, your sorrow, your questions, and your resilience all belong. Even in loss, there is a quiet strength within you—and you do not have to find it alone.
